Hi, I am Raquez Lockhart! I am a graduate of West Virginia University with a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, minor in mathematics. I am a Certified Scrum Master with six (6+) years of experience leading agile teams. Currently motivating and coaching agile teams to be self-organizing, cross-functional, as well as facilitating specialists who deliver quality products to their customers on a regular basis within the shortest sustainable lead time. A genuine servant leader with skills in delivering projects through effective collaboration, facilitation, coaching, relationship management, and counseling of Scrum teams to deliver business needs. Proven ability to enforce the Scrum rules, removing impediments, fostering self-management, and empowering teams.
