Hi! I’m Lucas, an impact-driven Project Manager and EdTech specialist who believes that collaboration, innovative thinking, and trust are the keys to team success.
With over 15 years of experience in management and education, I’ve worked with artists, developers, educators, and CEOs to build projects, programs, and communities rooted in respect and meaningful value. I’ve found that it doesn’t matter the industry—coordination, dedication, and passion will always help teams reach their goals, and my passion is to create environments where these qualities can manifest.
I can understand why people look at me a little sideways when they know I’ve hung up my dance shoes for work in Agile development; however, you learn quickly that relentless improvement, servant leadership, and team success are not limited to one industry—in fact, much of my success managing teams now can be traced back to my time in the arts–developing diverse teams and mentoring instructors and students.
