I am a Technical Engineer in Computer Management from the University of Deusto, Bilbao (Spain), a certified Scrum Master by the Scrum Alliance and Scrum.org, an expert in Visual Management, certified as a Visual Thinking Facilitator, Lean Change Agent by the Lean Change Management Association and Profesional Coach by the ICF.

I have been working in agile environments for over 10 years, serving as a Scrum Master and/or Agile Coach in various teams, implementing agile methodologies and Management 3.0.

I assist organizations and teams in embracing change, teaching them new ways of working while always striving for continuous improvement.

I believe in alternative forms of communication, and therefore, along with my colleague María, I created the first sketchnoting community in Spain, Sketchnotespain, which has just turned 4 years old.

Additionally, I have authored the book “P.A.R.A. Agile Retrospectives for Continuous Improvement” with María Morales (for the moment only in Spanish). This book is a comprehensive guide to various dynamics and their applications in different situations. It explains the capabilities that can be enhanced through each dynamic and provides a wide range of powerful questions to maximize the benefits of these practices.

Continuous improvement is not just a goal but a way of life. Our book “P.A.R.A. Retrospectivas ágiles para la mejora continua” is designed to help facilitators and teams achieve this by providing them with the tools and questions needed to reflect and grow constantly.
