I recently earned my Professional Scrum Master (PSM I) certification and am transitioning into a full-time Scrum Master role after 15+ years in software engineering and 3+ years leading cross-functional development teams. While I’m newer to formal Scrum roles, I’m eager to apply my technical background and leadership experience to help teams succeed.
