Ruth Bennett is an accountability and progress coach who helps people stay consistent with the actions that matter. She is especially interested in supporting professionals who know what they need to do but need structure, encouragement, and reflection to keep moving.
Inside the Simply Agile community, Ruth helps members think about progress in a steady and realistic way. She encourages people to check in with themselves, follow through on small commitments, and return to the right actions without shame or pressure.
Ruth believes accountability should feel supportive, not heavy. Her work is rooted in helping people build consistency, notice progress, and stay connected to the goals they care about.
