Sermon on the Mount - Day 8
Matthew 5:10 — Blessed are those who are persecuted because of righteousness, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
When facing pushback or social awkwardness for standing firm in your values, what helps you stay anchored the most?A. Remembering God’s ultimate approvalB. Leaning on a supportive Christian communityC. Praying for wisdom in the momentD. Focusing on eternity over short-term comfort

For me, A stands out the most. Remembering that God’s approval matters more than people’s acceptance helps me stay grounded, especially when doing what is right feels uncomfortable or unpopular.

@srag101 I like that way of looking at it. Remembering who you belong to and whose approval matters most can make it much easier to stay grounded when other people don’t understand or agree with you.
