The Monday Morning "Cheat Code"
Don’t start your Monday by “checking” your email.
Start it by telling your email what to do.
Most people walk into the office (or open their laptop) on Monday morning and immediately go into “defense mode“.
They react to the loudest notification, the angriest email, or the messiest spreadsheet.
By 11:00 AM, they’re already exhausted.
In the Simply Agile world, we use the “Monday Reset.”
Before you touch your inbox, you give your AI a brain dump of everything you need to achieve this week.
You let the AI organize the chaos, prioritize the tasks, and give you the game plan.
You aren’t reacting to the week; you’re directing it.
The first 30 minutes of your Monday determine the next 40 hours of your life.
If you spend them being a “doer“, you’ll be busy.
If you spend them being a “director,” you’ll be productive.
Try the “Monday Morning Filter.” Open your AI before you start work and say:
“Here is my list for the week: [Paste tasks/notes].
1) Identify the ‘Big 3‘ that will actually move the needle.
2) For the rest, tell me which ones I can automate or skip.
3) Write a 1-sentence ‘win’ for me to focus on today.”
What’s the one task sitting on your Monday list that makes you want to go back to bed? Drop it in the comments, and we’ll give you a shortcut to finish it in half the time! 👇

Tolu Ojewunmi and Victor Okwara3 CommentsThis is a smart shift. Most people start Monday by handing control of their day to their inbox, then wonder why they feel behind before lunch.
I like this because it puts intention first. When you decide the priority before the noise starts, the whole week feels a lot less chaotic. Most people underestimate how much damage reactive work does to their week. Starting with clarity and intent changes everything.
