      Guys, Agile first, the frameworks as secondary. To be absolutely sold on a framework causes you to lose opportunities for the team to find their “Agile sweet spot”.

        @runnerdad oh man! there’s so much dysfunction out there – them’s fighting words for some “agilists” – especially for those who are “certified” 😄

          totally with you. Scrum, SAFe and the like can be implemented without an Agile mindset but they fail miserably and then its Agile’s fault for the failure… lol.
