Pablo Soñez, based in Buenos Aires, Argentina, is an experienced Scrum Master and Project Manager with a 15-year career in leading development teams across sectors like oil, gas, construction, entertainment, and fintech. His blend of technical knowledge and strong communication skills allows him to bridge the gap between programmers and project goals effectively.
Pablo has recently been helping Latin American companies implement Agile methodologies successfully.
A 40-year veteran in the computer industry with tenure in companies like The Federal Reserve, McKesson, Aetna and Southern Company. 30 of those years were that of a senior software engineer working under waterfall and iterative waterfall methodologies.
The last 13 years as a senior Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer, and team coach using the Agile frameworks of Scrum, Kanban and SAFe.
