Tana Glassford-Samuel is an independent consultant and operations transformation leader specializing in strategy execution, change management, business systems improvement, and sustainable operational design. Through her U.S.-based management and technology consulting practice, she helps organizations move from informal, person-dependent ways of working to clearer, more repeatable operating models supported by practical processes, documentation, and technology-enabled solutions.
With more than two decades of experience across healthcare technology, nonprofit leadership, professional associations, and faith-based organizations, Tana brings executive perspective and hands-on operational discipline to complex environments. Her work focuses on strengthening internal operations, improving vendor and technology coordination, and helping mission-driven teams build sustainable practices that support growth, accountability, and service excellence.
Tana is a longtime member of PMI and PMI Atlanta, where she has served in multiple volunteer leadership roles, including Vice President of Operations, Assistant Vice President of Special Interest Forums, and Agile Forum Program Manager. She holds an MBA from Babson College and has been PMP-certified since 2005.
