You don’t need a Developer.
You just need a Problem to solve.
In 2026, “I don’t know how to code” is no longer an excuse for having a messy business process.
We’ve all had that moment where we thought: “If I just had a simple app to track these orders/calculate these quotes/onboard these new hires, my life would be so much easier.“
But in the past, that meant hiring a developer, spending thousands of dollars, and waiting months for a “beta version”.
Most small businesses and busy professionals just gave up and went back to their messy spreadsheets.
In the Simply Agile world, we use the “No-Code” Revolution.
Today, if you can describe your problem in plain English, you can build a custom tool to solve it.
Whether it’s a custom GPT, a simple automation in Zapier, or a “No-Code” app; you are now the architect.
You don’t need to speak “Computer“; the AI speaks “Human“.
The most powerful tools aren’t bought off a shelf; they are built for your specific headache. Don’t wait for a software company to solve your problem.
Build the solution yourself in an afternoon.
Try the “App Architect” prompt.
Think of a process that is currently “messy” and tell your AI:
“I want to build a simple tool to help me [Describe the task, e.g., calculate custom shipping quotes]. I have no coding experience.
1) What are the best ‘No-Code’ tools to build this?
2) Give me a step-by-step plan on how to set it up using only my voice or simple text instructions.”
If you could wave a magic wand and have a “custom app” for one specific part of your job, what would it do?

Tolu Ojewunmi and Victor Okwara3 CommentsThis is such a practical reminder. A lot of people are still thinking the only path to fixing a broken process is hiring a full dev team, when in many cases the real starting point is just getting clear on the problem first.
What I like here is how it shifts people from “I can’t build this” to “maybe I can solve this faster than I thought.” That mindset change alone is powerful. The barrier is no longer technical skill, it’s clarity of thinking. If you can clearly define the problem, you’re already halfway to the solution.
