I&#8217;ve worked with people in roles like Product Owner, Architect or even Directors who default to a high-pressure management to control the &#8220;how&#8221; without investing time into communicating the context of &#8220;who&#8221; (specific user or customer personas) or &#8220;why.&#8221;</p>
