Leadership Coach | Thinking Partner for Sound Decisions in Complex Systems

I’m an Agile mentor and leadership coach who works with leaders navigating complexity, competing priorities, and unclear paths forward.

Over time, I’ve found that most challenges aren’t caused by a lack of knowledge or process. They come from how we think, how we relate, and how we make decisions within the systems we’re part of.

My work focuses on helping people step back, question assumptions, and see the broader system more clearly. From there, we can make better decisions – ones that move value forward without unnecessary pressure of complexity.

I’m especially interested in how feedback loops, patterns, and relationships shape outcomes over time. When those become visible, teams begin to take greater ownership, collaborate more effectively, and learn as they go.

I’m also interested in how these same principles extend beyond teams into how people collaborate, learn, and build meaningful work together.

I approach this work as a thinking partner, someone who helps create space for clarity, sound judgment, and meaningful progress.

Areas of Expertise

  • Decision Stewardship: Helping leaders make sound choices when priorities collide, tradeoffs are unclear, and outcomes carry real impact.
  • Strategic Value Mapping: Clarifying how work connects to meaningful outcomes, so effort is focused where it matters most.
  • Learning Feedback Loops: Designing and Strengthening feedback systems that support continuous learning, adaptation, and improvement.
  • Whole-System Insight: Recognizing patterns, relationships, and unintended consequences across the system to support better decision-making.
